5.4 collect() and sweep precedence¶
AWSDeepInventoryCollector.collect() calls the base collect() and then deduplicates the
breadth sweeps against the dedicated collectors in three tiers:

Tiers are processed in order. A tier 1 or 2 asset is dropped when its arn or any of its
aliases was already seen in a higher tier; every kept asset adds its arn and aliases to the
seen set. The cross-region / cross-collector deduplication in deduplicate() happens later, in
the mapper.
