Settings at the top level of the file that apply to the whole run.

concurrency_limit	int	5	Collection units the multi-provider collector (cloudg run, cloudg map, CloudGEngine.collect and map_inventory) runs at the same time, shared by all providers. A unit is one AWS account and region, one Azure subscription, or one GCP project or organization. API call rates are set in ratelimit.
